1. Shipping and Delivery:

- Our shirts are "Made for You" / Personalized, so we usually take 2-3 weeks to dispatch from the date of order.

- Delivery timelines are estimated from the dispatch date of your order based on the shipping location across the world.

- Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

- If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Complimentary Services:

- All our delivery services are Complimentary with no additional charges.

- All Duties and Taxes are included.

3. Undelivered Packages:

- If an order is returned to us due to an issue on the customer's end, we are unable to refund the amount paid for the product. However, we can reship the order upon request. Please note that an additional shipping charge will apply. Once this payment is received, we will promptly dispatch your order.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages:

- If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please contact the delivery carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible in such cases.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer:

- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.

- Incase you believe that you have provided an incorrect shipping address please contact us immediately.

- No changes can be made after 72 hours from the time of order.

6. Acceptance of Terms:
